From the warm-up, we will start thinking and combining what a piece of rope can be used for. 💞 Our gymnasts 🤸 in addition to the usefulness of this prop for various activities will also try their strength in the exercises on gymnastic bars. 🙃
Our climbers, in addition to the belaying function, also learn about other uses of the rope such as the material that they can climb on. ⬆️ At the end of the class we will take rope rope lessons and together we will try to make the longest rope ever seen in SkakAnka. 📏
