In SkakAnka it’s time for the next crazy week. ๐ Full of turbulence and turnover at the highest level. โ๏ธ Just warming up with the hula hoops will get us going well, and this will be just the beginning of our spinning. ๐
Gymnasts will combine forward turns in different ways and how much fun it gives making handsprings with the help of an instructor. ๐คธ Some climbers will perform a good slalom between the wall stops ๐ and try to find a way out of the Looped Traverse. ๐ At the end of the class we will also have a twisted fun, which will be mind-blowing. โจ๏ธ
