Birthday parties at Skakanka is a guarantee of tremendous fun and of gaining new skills! Joy of kids while they play in a healthy and safe fashion during our birthday parties is of utmost importance to us!

The cost covers:
  1. invitations,
  2. themed party hosted by professional instructors and entertainers,
  3. refreshments: oat biscuits/crunchy chocolate biscuits with nuts and raisins, salty sticks, apple crisps, seasonal fruit, seedless grapes/tangerines, freshly pressed juices (boxes) and mineral water,
  4. small party favours for the birthday kid and the invited guests.

The cost does not cover the admission to BrykAnka, a two-level soft play area with a ball pool.

Additional options:
  1. Admission to BrykAnka, a two-level soft play area with slides and a ball pool within the first two hours of the party – PLN 10 per every party guest,
  2. Non-alcoholic party drink for kids in the following flavours: peach, tropical/kiwi, cherry and strawberry served in kids champagne flutes. PLN 25 per bottle,
  3. Refreshments for the parents of the guests:
    1. sweet: small biscuits such as macaroons, marmalade scones, butter biscuits with filling, cakes such as cheesecake and apple pie cut into small pieces and elegantly served on a cake stand at the reserved table. PLN 20 per triple cakes portion,
    2. unsweet: small fancy sandwiches of various tastes; PLN 140 per a 25-piece set elegantly served on a platter at the reserved table.
    3. 30 cm PIZZA in three flavors to choose from:
      1. CAPRI – pizza with tomato sauce, cheese, ham and mushrooms for PLN 50 for one pizza,
      2. MIAMI (vegetarian) – pizza with tomato sauce, cheese, arugula, Greek cheese, and dried tomatoes for PLN 55 for one pizza,
      3. ATLANTA – pizza with tomato sauce, cheese, salami, black olives, and arugula for PLN 55 for one pizza,
  4. Refreshment for children (beyond the standard offer) – 20 cm or 30 cm PIZZA in two different flavors to choose from (option available along with any activity that extends the birthday party for 30 minutes or with the extension of the birthday party without an additional attraction for an additional cost of PLN 100):
    1. WITH ONE INGREDIENT – MARGHERITA – pizza with tomato sauce and cheese for PLN 20 for 20 cm, PLN 45 for 30 cm,
    2. WITH TWO INGREDIENTS – pizza with tomato sauce, ham, and cheese for PLN 22 for 20 cm, PLN 47 for 30 cm.
  5. The photographic service for the first 2 hours of the birthday party. PLN 300 + PLN 50 for each commenced half hour.

Parents/guardians of the birthday child are responsible for the birthday cake.

The following activities may be booked within extra 30 minutes with prior booking:
  1. Frisking in BrykAnka, a ball playground. PLN 160 up to 10 kids, PLN 15 per another kid (the birthday party with this option allows free admission to BrykAnka for the first two hours of the party),
  2. Face painting – extra PLN 220 per 10 kids, PLN 20 per another kid. This attraction must be booked three weeks in advance,
  3. Washable tattoos – extra PLN 200 per 10 kids, PLN 17 per another kid. This attraction must be booked three weeks in advance,
  4. Balloon modelling – extra PLN 180 per 10 kids, PLN 15 per another kid. This service must be booked three weeks in advance,
  5. Smart experiments – possibility to choose an experiment from 6 available scenarios – extra PLN 300 per 10 kids, PLN 20 per another kid. This service must be booked three weeks in advance,
  6. Zip-lining (for 8-year-old and older) – PLN 300 per 10 kids, PLN 25 per another kid. This service must be booked three weeks in advance,
  7. Inflatable castle with a slide, indoors or outdoors, however, when the weather is fine. PLN 300 per up to 10 kids, PLN 20 per another kid. This service must be booked three weeks in advance,
  8. Giant inflatable slide, however, only when the weather is fine. PLN 400 per 10 kids, PLN 35 per another kid. This service must be booked three weeks in advance.

  1. If there is more than one birthday child, the cost of the party increases by PLN 100 for each additional birthday child.
  2. The custom-made scenario of the birthday party costs PLN 300
  3. Arranging individual invitations costs PLN 200 + PLN 5 for each printed invitation
  4. In the case of a non-standard extension of the party to 3 hours, the cost increases by PLN 200 plus the cost of the agreed additional attraction/activity
  5. In the event of a non-standard change to the start time of the birthday party, the cost increases by PLN 200. When the non-standard service of extending the duration of the party to 3 hours is also selected, the cost is lower and amounts to PLN 100.
  6. Arranging individual decorations and accessories supplied by the parents/guardians of the birthday child costs PLN 50
  7. Exclusive reservation of SkakAnka during the first 2 hours of the party – PLN 300 plus PLN 100 for each subsequent half hour, if you wish to reserve the entire SkakAnka premises exclusively, please provide such information at least 28 days before the party.
  8. During the pandemic, a mandatory sanitary fee – PLN 200
  9. Additionally, people not participating in the reception in the hall pay an additional fee for refreshments – PLN 15. The cost of an additional gift is also PLN 15.

The birthday party lasts 2 hours, however, the party with any extra attraction purchased runs two and a half hours. Maximum time the party can last is three hours. In such a case cost and the time the party starts is arranged individually i.e. half an hour earlier on average.

It is possible to prepare unique birthday party scenario to fulfill celebrant’s demands.

Birthday parties are thrown on Saturdays and Sundays from 2.30 PM and 5.30 PM.

To confirm the booking, preliminary reservation has to be made with an upfront payment of PLN 400.

Parents are welcome to visit SkakAnka café during the birthday party. There is a possibility to book a birthday table and open a bill for the guests’ parents.

During the entire birthday party children are under the supervision of the qualified staff of SkakAnka therefore the parents can spend their time in our café, do the shopping or have some urgent things to do. Parents can watch their kids’ party on a big screen in the café relaxing and enjoying delicious coffee.
