Another winter ๐จ๏ธ expedition awaits us in SkakAnka in the coming week. This time we are going to discover and explore the SkakAnka Ice Cave ๐ชจ. It will be dark ๐, frosty ๐ฅถ and extremily ๐

Where there is sliding, you can usually also find ice, the pieces of which we will use ๐ง for our warm-up.
Our gymnasts ๐คธ will be able to try the fun ๐ of sliding through the depths and corridors of ice caves and grottos this week. In addition, they will develop the strength of ๐ช swings on ice rails ๐ฐ and the ability to do a pullover ๐ on an icicle escape. Our climbers ๐ง will face climbing the extremely slippery walls ๐งฑ of ice caves, using a new ๐ climbing technique – the mantleshelf technique, i.e. the โฌ
๏ธ spreader โก๏ธ. Additionally, they will face an extremely difficult task ๐ climbing icicles, the gripping of which requires not only great strength, but also appropriate technique ๐.
