Acrobatic and Climbing Series โ Season 2021/2022, Episode: 9/43 (standard 8)
The coming week will once again take us to the ๐ฒ forest backwoods ๐ณ, where we will try to find out โฆ what is the secret hidden in a hollow ๐ณ๏ธ in a very old tree?
Our gymnastic ๐คธ and climbing ๐ง classes will be filled with sounds ๐, ways of moving ๐พ and interpretations of the behavior of forest inhabitants ๐ฆ.
During the warm-up, we will try to get to know as many animals as possible ๐ฐ ๐บ ๐ฆ ๐ฆ and check how we will imitate them.
Our gymnasts ๐คธ have a whole galaxy of evolution on the branches and boughs ๐ณ of trees and traverse the forest thicket with squat jumps ๐.
Our climbers ๐ง, on the other hand, will perfect the ability to climb trees and in this way they will improve the proper positioning of the hands โ ๐ค on the “back” grip.
The end of the lesson will show if we can find out what secret โ the inside of the trunk hides and will it be easy to get it out of it?
