Acrobatic and Climbing Series β Season 2024/2025, Episode: 4/43 (standard 4)
π£ Let’s go into action! π£ This week at SkakAnka, our gym is turning into a fire station π¨βπ, and our participants are turning into brave πͺ, helping firefighters π«‘.
During gymnastics π€ΈββοΈ and climbing π§ββοΈ classes, we will face many challenges and activities typical of this noble profession π§.
We will start our adventure with training π in the use of a firehose π. During gymnastics classes, we will be able to practice what to do in a situation when we catch fire π₯ and we will discover the common elements of this procedure with one of our main exercises, namely the backward roll π. In addition, we will face an attempt to walk π across the ceiling beam of the roof of a burning building.
Before our climbers set off on a rescue operation π, they will have to complete the fire truck equipment by bouldering on the holds of one π color for its individual elements. Then, with the already prepared fire truck π they will try to move along the lane designated on our climbing wall especially for emergency vehicles π. And at the end, all brave Friskers will have a practical exam π€ for the Firefighter of SkakAnka.
