Another winter π¨οΈ expedition awaits us in SkakAnka in the coming week. This time we are going to discover and explore the SkakAnka Ice Cave πͺ¨. It will be dark π, frosty π₯Ά and extremily π

Where there is sliding, you can usually also find ice, the pieces of which we will use π§ for our warm-up.
Our gymnasts π€Έ will be able to try the fun π of sliding through the depths and corridors of ice caves and grottos this week. In addition, they will develop the strength of πͺ swings on ice rails π° and the ability to do a pullover π on an icicle escape. Our climbers π§ will face climbing the extremely slippery walls 𧱠of ice caves, using a new π climbing technique – the mantleshelf technique, i.e. the β¬
οΈ spreader β‘οΈ. Additionally, they will face an extremely difficult task π climbing icicles, the gripping of which requires not only great strength, but also appropriate technique π.
