Acrobatic and Climbing Series – Season 2022/2023, Episode: 5/43 (standard 4)
Ahead of us in SkakAnka, the week of 🍂 Autumn Fun amid the extraordinary wealth 😁 of this charming season. During our unique 🤸 acrobatic and 🧗 climbing walks, we will be able to try, among other things, what exercises we can do with the found gifts of autumn, such as: chestnuts 🟤, acorns 🌰, rowan 🔴. Our gymnasts 🤸 will also try their hand at a dizzying jump ↪️ and swing sideways over a very large chestnut tree, and will try to catch leaves falling from a tree on their knees 🍃 during their swings on ⭕⭕ gymnastic rings. Our climbers 🧗, on the other hand, during their autumn walk in 🌲 the forest, will explore the secret of efficient climbing on supinated grips. They will learn the specifics of this type of grip, how to hold it and 🤔 the technique of correctly positioning the body in the wall while climbing. At the end of the class, we will have a jumping competition ⏫ in the autumn puddles.
