🧊 It isn’t Casablanca, it’s Ice Cave of SkakAnka! 🏔️

Acrobatic and Climbing Series – Season 2020/2021, Episode: 22 / standard 15/43

Another winter expedition awaits us in Skakanka next week. This time we set off to discover 🕵️ and explore 👷 SkakAnka Ice Caves. It will be dark 😨, frosty 🥶, and most of all extremely… SLIPPERY!!!
Where sliding, you can usually find ice 🧊, the lumps of which we will use for our warm-up. This week our gymnasts will be able to try the fun of sliding through the depths 🕳️ and the corridors of ice caves. In addition, they will develop the power of swings ↩️↪️ on the ice rails and the ability to turn around an icicle by doing a pullover ☃️.
Our climbers 🧗 will face climbing ➿ on the extremely slippery walls of ice caves, using a new climbing technique – the spreader. In addition, they will face extremely difficult climbing on icicles 💎, gripping which ✊ not only requires a lot of strength 💪, but also appropriate technique 🤏. We will end our trip by rolling over the frozen pancakes!

It’s going to be an extreme week in SkakAnka!
