Acrobatic and Climbing Serial β Season 2018/2019, Episode: 16 (14)
This is the last regular week this year π
and at the same time last week before Christmas. π It’s time to start preparing our SkakAnka’s X-mas Tree. π The time of classes will be spent on preparing Christmas decorations and getting into the magical atmosphere of Christmas. πΌ
During the warm-up, we will prepare unique Christmas balls π΅ and we will check what exercises we are able to do with them carefully enough not to break them. π₯
Our gymnasts π€Έ will try acrobatics on Christmas branches π² hanging different decorations π‘ in different ways and they will create an extraordinary christmas tree top decoration
from their bodies. π
Our brave climbers π§ will try to climb the branches using only one hand β and try to overcome the prepared boulders by setting their feet on the surface of the wall. π£
At the end, each group will try to decorate our SkakAnka’s Christmas Tree! π
