❄️ Ice Caves of SkakAnka 🏔️

Acrobatic and Climbing Serial – Season 2017/2018, Episode: 20

In the upcoming week in SkakAnka, another winter expedition is waiting for us 😀! This time we are going to explore 🕳️🕳️🕳️ Ice Caves of SkakAnka. It will be dark, frosty, and, above all, extremely… SLIPPERY!!! So we will have a lot of fun 👍 with sliding through the depths and corridors of ice caves and grottoes.
Our gymnasts will be able to try activities mainly dedicated to climbing activities, but on the other hand being such a versatile exercise 💪, that it will also perfectly develop their strength. It is a Bachar ladder, that is, a form of rope ladder typically hung at an overhanging angle of 20-45° and climbed from below 🤩. In addition, we will develop the power to take-off and bounce initiating the flight phase before setting up for a forward 🤸 turn.
Of course, our climbers will also face the Bachar ladder and try their hand at climbing the extremely slippery walls of the ice caves, using a new climbing technique – the mantleshelf. In addition, there is climbing on icicles waiting for them, which require not only great strength but also the right technique 🧗!

A really extreme week is going to happen at SkakAnka!🤩!
