time in SkakAnka is behind us and it’s time for another week ๐ full of crazy fun and exciting skills. This week we check what snowy โ๏ธ creatures ๐น have in common with preserves. ๐บ In our classes, therefore, jars and tins ๐ฅซ will rule in various versions. Already in the warm-up we will use jar tops โซ to prepare our bodies for further climbing and gymnastic activities.
Our acrobats ๐คธ will focus on developing cartwheels and evolutions on a high beam. ๐ On the other hand, our climbers will face up the “slopers” โ which are holds with a round shape, and another portion of skills preparing them for leading. โ๏ธ At the end we will check if it is possible to drive in the Big Jar ๐บ and how can it end?
